  • Complete functional, physical and mental health exam

  • Integrative & Personalized Treatment Plan

    This assessment is required to become a patient at Soma & Psyche.

3. Health Restoration & Membership

$250/month for 12 months

  • Comprehensive, personalized program for health optimization and treatment of complex and/or chronic medical conditions

  • 6 physician visits over the year
